This year nominations will be submitted from your workplace.
With their consent, in 250 words or less, tell us why your dental hygienist or dental therapist deserves to be the BSDHT / KIN Member of the year.
1 Winner:
- £1000 prize money
- Printed copy of your leaflet
- Trophy & Framed Certificate.
4 Runner Up Prizes and Certificates.

This should include the nominee’s BSDHT membership number, and examples of how they demonstrate:
- Patient care
- Initiative
- Relation to teamwork
- Communication
Winners Design a Leaflet:
- This year the finalists will design a leaflet.
- Full details will be sent individually.
Deadlines for submissions:
- Practices to nominate Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist by 31st July.
- BSDHT to decide on finalists on the 30th August.
- Finalists to complete their leaflet by 20th September.
The BSDHT Annual Conference takes place on November 22nd & 23rd, 2024, where the winners and prizes will be announced. Finalists are required to attend.
Closing date for nomination’s is July 31st 2024.
